MENGYING JIANG
Based in Seattle, WA
I'm a product designer driven by a lifelong passion for exploration and continuous learning.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in HCI from the iSchool at the University of Washington. Over the past decade, I've embarked on a diverse journey, wearing various hats in roles ranging from account management and marketing to VI design and UX/UI.
When I'm not designing, I love to explore beautiful landscapes, listen to music, and spend quality time with my loved ones.
A bit more about me :)

Over the past decade, my professional journey has taken me through roles as an account manager, marketer, and VI designer. Subsequently, I pursued further education at the University of Washington, specializing in human-interactive design. While I may be relatively new to the realm of UX and product design, I cherish every opportunity that has come my way. These experiences have facilitated remarkable personal and professional growth, shaping me both as an individual and as a designer. Now, I stand poised to embark on the next phase of my life's journey, eager to contribute and learn more in this exciting field.

I became interested in design, technology, and people because of the massive digital transformation happening in the world. I saw how technology and user experience can enhance human experiences. My cross-disciplinary background has given me a unique perspective on how some people easily benefit from information technology while others struggle.

As I look ahead, I find my own curiosity piqued. As a UX and product designer, my ultimate aim is a relentless pursuit of enhancing the user experience and crafting products that excel in functionality, while being intuitive, efficient, and a joy to use. The vast landscape of knowledge I seek to explore remains largely uncharted, and while perfection may be an elusive goal, it's my driving force. To inch closer, I am committed to an unwavering journey of continuous learning and growth.
βIt's not enough that we build products that function, that are understandable and usable, we also need to build products that bring joy and excitement, pleasure and fun, and yes, beauty to people's lives.β
